“Promises you broke” is an ongoing art project about all those promises which we make but never keep. I am interested in any kind of broken promises, no matter how big or small they appear to be.

Why? Because I believe all broken promises bother us (or if not us then someone else) at least a tiny bit, consciously or unconsciously, causing several kinds of bad feelings and resulting in (however small ...but still perceivable) loss of our energy. Therefore something needs to be done!

I started with this project in early 2009 and since then I have been collecting broken promises everywhere I go, through all possible channels and in various formats. Enjoy browsing through a part of my collection in the Gallery of broken promises, view some of my creations inspired by broken promises, and of course contribute any promises YOU broke!
